Beat Constipation

Constipation, Bloating : Causes, Symptoms, Fast Relief, Treatment Naturally, Best Foods to Eat, Cures, Home Remedies

Nevertheless, every human suffers from constipation at some or other point in his life.
The fact is more than 50 percent people usually suffer from it regularly.
Another truth is nobody wants to talk about it much, so there is no way he can curb the amount of his suffering by discussing it with his friends. Sometimes it can get too worse that it actually spoils your daily routine and keeps you bothered always.

So here are a few simply tips to get rid of constipation, if you perfectly follow.
In short 3 things to remember
  1. Have enough fiber
  2. Plenty of fluids
  3. Enough exercise
Depending upon the seriousness of your condition, you must be cautious enough for above three things.
It often happens that we forget to follow any of the above three things in mind, so always say the three things to yourself so that you can remember.

Most often, people suffering from constipation also suffer from Hemorrhoids, which most people are unaware about. It's a condition of having swollen veins in the anal canal.

Briefly,
1. Fiber
Having enough, especially insoluble fiber is necessary, neither more nor less. More than enough fiber can cause symptoms of diarrhea, and less fiber causes the stool move through your intestines with great difficulty.
Common Foods that contain fiber are Fiber Supplements or fiber biscuits. With this you can calibrate the amount of supplements to your comfortable level. Prescribed amounts of fiber intake are 25 to 35 grams daily.
Other foods rich in fiber are banana, bran, whole wheat, whole grains, dark leafy vegetables, raisins, grapes, carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, broccoli, root vegetable skins etc.

2. Plenty of Fluids
To keep the stool moisten and soft so that it can easily move through your bowels, plenty of fluids is a must.
Keep track of how much glasses of water you drink.
Minimum 8 to 10 glasses daily depending upon you're requirement.

3. Exercise
This is very important if you're suffering from Hemorrhoids. Whether it be external or internal Hemorrhoids, 30 minute exercise is must for you. In this fast paced life, we often forget to exercise. Our motive should be not to strain your anal veins at any cost. So follow these simple tips if you want to stay away from Hemorrhoids.
  • Have a 5 minute walk around at an hourly interval (so as to relax your veins.).
  • DO NOT PUSH while you attend your nature calls. (Increasing fiber, fluids & especially Exercise is the solution, not pushing)
  • Do not sit for too long in the bathroom. (Better luck next time)
Finally, it is likely that you get annoyed from flatulence and sometimes bloating(noisy) too.
To avoid disgusting foul smell, try reducing sulphur in your diet.
To reduce bloating,
  • Reduce the amounts of soluble fiber which keep your stomach full for a longer time.
  • Avoid eating fatty foods.
  • drinking through a straw (to reduce the intake of air which is the main cause of bloating)
  • chewing gum (when you experience bloating)
  • guzzling carbonated beverages
  • sucking on hard candy.
Conclusion. Remember and follow what you've just learned.
